btk33 Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the btk33 platform. By registering, you are considered to have accepted all of these terms.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between btk33 ("Platform", "we", "our") and you ("user", "player", "member"). By using the btk33 website, mobile application, or any of its services, you are fully accepting these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

Important: These Terms are effective according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). btk33 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms.

Section 01

Eligibility and Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services at btk33, the following eligibility conditions must be met. If these conditions are not met, btk33 reserves the right to close the account at any time.

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the gaming services at btk33. We take a firm stance against gambling by minors. We may request valid identification documents to verify your age.

Age Limit: For persons aged 21 and above only. If any minor registers or provides false information, the account will be immediately closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

1.2 Geographic Restrictions

btk33 may not provide services to residents of certain countries or regions. You confirm that you do not reside in any jurisdiction where online gaming is illegal or prohibited.

1.3 One Account Policy

Each player may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited, and if proven, all accounts will be closed.

Account Registration and Security

When registering at btk33, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing incorrect or false information will be considered a violation of the Terms.

2.1 Registration Information

  • Your full name (as per National ID)
  • Valid mobile number
  • Valid email address
  • Date of birth (for age verification)
  • Preferred payment method details

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

btk33 may request the following documents for identity verification at any time:

  • Scan copy of National ID (NID) or Passport
  • Proof of current address (utility bill, bank statement)
  • Proof of ownership of payment method

btk33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account if documents are not submitted within the specified time.

Deposits and Withdrawals Policy

btk33 provides transaction facilities through Bangladesh's major mobile banking and bank transfer methods. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

3.1 Deposit Rules

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 per method
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Bank Transfer
  • All deposits are processed through secure SSL encryption
  • Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes
  • Deposits in the name of a third party are strictly prohibited

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 per method
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
  • Identity verification must be completed before withdrawal
  • Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds earned from bonuses

Withdrawal Time: Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, in some cases there may be delays due to identity verification or additional security review.

3.3 Transaction Warnings

btk33 reserves the right to investigate suspicious or unusual transactions. If any transaction is found to be related to fraud or money laundering, we reserve the right to forfeit the relevant funds and close the account.

Bonus and Promotions Policy

btk33 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions which must be read carefully before accepting.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The following conditions apply to receive this bonus:

  • Minimum first deposit to receive the bonus: ৳500
  • Wagering requirement on the bonus: 20 times (20x)
  • Withdrawals cannot be made before the wagering requirement is met
  • The bonus applies once only and on the first deposit only
  • Bonus funds are non-transferable

4.2 VIP and Cashback Program

btk33's 5-tier VIP program offers weekly cashback:

  • Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
  • Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
  • Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Promotion to a VIP tier depends on your regular gaming activity and contributions. btk33 reserves the right to modify VIP terms at any time.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Abusing the bonus system, claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, or attempting to strategically avoid wagering requirements is a serious violation of the Terms. In such cases, btk33 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any related winnings.

Gameplay Policy and Fair Play

btk33 is a fair play platform. We work with world-class game providers and all games are conducted in a fair and transparent manner.

5.1 Game Results

All games at btk33 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game results are completely random and do not follow any predetermined pattern. If a technical error causes game results to be displayed incorrectly, btk33 reserves the right to make corrections.

5.2 Game Providers

btk33 works with various international game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. The individual rules of each game provider apply.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to server outage, internet disconnection, or any other technical reason, btk33 will review the game logs and make a decision. In such cases, btk33's decision is final.

  • Intentional abuse of the bonus system (bonus hunting)
  • Hacking gaming software or using unauthorized tools
  • Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
  • Unauthorized access to another player's account
  • Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform
  • Placing bets on behalf of a third party (staking)
  • Using artificial intelligence or automated software in any game

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall btk33's maximum liability exceed the actual funds in your account at the time of the relevant incident.
